Like any natural stone product, there is obviously natural pattern/shading/colour variation. 

Please ensure that the tile installer is advised to select sheets from multiple boxes prior to laying (rather than simply laying out of one box at the time). This will give the best aesthetic, as the natural variation is spread equally over the entire job.
 
The above is standard practice when laying natural stone. Advising the tile installer prior to tiling is always recommended to ensure the best outcome.
