By visiting our site and/or purchasing goods from InStyle Ceramics, you are engaging with our “Service” and agree to our terms and conditions.

Suitable selection of tiles is the responsibility of the purchaser and once confirmation by the purchaser has been received, InStyle Ceramics commences processing your order and allocating stock in accordance with your order placed and instructions.

InStyle Ceramics provide a service when estimating quantities required for our clients. No responsibility will be accepted for incorrect supply due to misinformation given or plan interpretation provided by the purchaser.

It is standard practice to allow approximately 10% extra for tile cuts and wastage, but this will be dependent upon style, shape and the pattern of the selected tile.

Orders placed Online require payment in full to commence processing your order.

Orders placed at our Myaree showroom require a hold deposit of 50% to allocate stock and payment in full prior to arranging delivery or collection.

Accepted methods of payment by InStyle Ceramics: - Mastercard, Visa Card, Amex, After pay, Secure pay and Direct Funds Transfer. We do accept payments over the phone and bank transfers if you are experiencing difficulties online, please contact us on (08) 9317 8845

Credit Card details will always be encrypted during transfer over networks.

Once we have provided you with phone notification that your order is ready for collection and you have opted to collect your tiles from our Myaree warehouse, we will store your tiles for a period of seven days. Thereafter, you will incur a storage fee of $15 per order, per day.


Delivery and Warehouse Collection Terms

In the event your selection is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise lead-time or offer an alternative tile.

If a situation arises where the courier is unable to deliver your order because no one was there to receive the tiles as arranged, an additional fee to re-deliver will be passed onto you, the purchaser.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the tiles are safe and protected from inclement weather once delivery has been received and ownership transferred.

Tile orders can be collected from our Myaree warehouse, however, you must ensure you have an appropriate vehicle, utility or trailer that can carry the weight of your tiles and your load must be secured with tie down straps.  The warehouse manager will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable pick-up time.


Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy

InStyle Ceramics accepts no responsibility for any damage to goods or vehicles due to loads which have not been secured correctly. Once collection has been made from our warehouse and secured to your load, ownership is transferred from InStyle Ceramics to the purchaser.

We will not take responsibility for extended delivery times outside of our control as delivery times are estimates only.  

If your order exceeds 300kg (Pricing TBC custom calculation) we will contact you to arrange a customized shipping calculation.  InStyle Ceramics will endeavour to achieve the best possible pricing for you from a few different carriers.

Our shipping schedule is calculated on a 40km radius of the metropolitan area from all Australian Capital cities. Any delivery outside of this radius is deemed Regional (Pricing TBC custom calculation) and InStyle Ceramics will endeavour to achieve the best possible pricing for you from a few different carriers.

Returns and Exchange

Pricing, modification, or discontinuance of our products are subject to change without notice and remain at the sole discretion of InStyle Ceramics. We shall not be made liable to you, our client or any third party for this action.

Take your time with your selection and make use of the personalized sample box service we provide, as no refunds will be given should you change your mind.

Tiles returned must be in a saleable condition.

Only full boxes of currently stocked shades will be accepted.

Return of goods will not be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.

No returns on sale items, discontinued lines, Special Order tiles or goods out of stock.

Invoice number is to be quoted on goods returned for credit.

A handling charge of 20% will apply to returned goods.

No claims shall be allowed in respect of variation in shade and if goods are found to be of a defective nature after tiles are fixed. No tile is guaranteed against crazing.

  • To avoid damage by foreign materials during installation we recommend the use of suitable protective measures after fixing the product.
  • We have attempted to show all products accurately in the photos online and represent them as true to colour as possible.
  • No responsibility will be accepted by the company for damage which occurs from the use of cleaning products in cleaning ceramic tiles.
  • Tile sizes quoted are approximate only – Industry Standard allows for a variation of +/- 2mm.
  • Tile sizes vary and whilst we provide profile sizes, there are no guarantees given that they will align perfectly.


Online Store and Sample Boxes

4 samples for $20 – includes samples and postage

$20 is fully refundable with full purchase of selected tiles, once only per customer

To receive this refund, you will need to enter your special checkout code which you will find in your sample box.

This code is valid for six months from date of sample purchase and will not be accepted after these terms. 

We have attempted to show all products accurately in the photos online and represent them as true to colour as possible.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online only.




Once Your Tile Order Arrives

It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all goods on receipt and inspect your delivery for damage. Should there be damage on arrival please take a photo and contact InStyle Ceramics immediately. Defective or damaged tiles will be exchanged or replaced once proof has been provided by the purchaser and approved by InStyle Ceramics.

Ensure your received tile delivery corresponds with your items ordered as per your paperwork provided. Confirm the quantity received, finish, colour, tile profile/size and pattern if any.

Act immediately, as claims must be notified within 48hours of delivery being received, together with proof of your Tax Invoice and photography to substantiate your claim to online@instyleceramics.com.au             

NO CLAIMS will be accepted by InStyle Ceramics once tiles have been laid. It is paramount that your tiler has checked and confirmed the following before starting: -

Tiles Received – That the description corresponds to the clients order and the client has inspected and approved the product to be laid.

Shade and Size – that the shade code and size are the same on ALL boxes

Quantities – that the quantity received is correct and is enough to complete the job

Defects – that the tiler does not lay tiles that have visual defects.
