Returns Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your tile selection, which is why we offer comprehensive support services before you purchase.

Before You Buy

Please take advantage of:

  • Complimentary consultations with our qualified interior designers in our Myaree showroom

  • Our sample service - view tiles in your actual space and lighting conditions

  • Expert advice on colours, finishes, and quantities

Tile Returns & Exchanges

No returns will be accepted more than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer OR if the batch/shade is no longer current. A 20% handling charge will apply to all accepted returns.

We accept returns subject to the conditions below.

What We Accept

  • Full, unopened and undamaged boxes, in saleable condition only 

  • Mosaic/Décor tiles sold ‘Per Piece’ are accepted as such

  • Currently stocked batches / shades only

  • Returned within 30 days of invoice

What We Don’t Accept

  • Opened or damaged boxes of tiles

  • Loose tiles (excluding mosaics sold as per piece)

  • Sale / Discontinued / Clearance items

  • Samples

  • Special ordered tiles 

  • Returns after 30 days of invoice

Faulty or Damaged Tiles

Prior to installation, use, or modification, the Buyer must ensure the Goods are correct as ordered, suitable for use, and free from defect. If there are any issues, you must report this in writing to InStyle Ceramics within seven (7) days of receipt of the Goods. If the Buyer fails to give such notice to InStyle Ceramics within that time, the Goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order.

InStyle Ceramics will not be responsible for any size or colour variation once the tile has been laid, attached or otherwise incorporated into any real or personal property. InStyle Ceramics provides no guarantee or advice for installation, fixing, grouting or maintenance/cleaning of the Goods. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to find an experienced tradesperson and InStyle Ceramics is not responsible for the Goods during or after installation.

No Goods are guaranteed against chipping, crazing, hazing and wearing unless confirmed in writing by InStyle Ceramics.

InStyle Ceramics assumes no liability for damage occurring to any tiles during return transit.

Change of Mind 

We can exchange tiles on current collection / batches / shades only if the below conditions are met: 

  • The tiles are still in their original boxes, unopened, undamaged and in saleable condition

  • Tiles are still current and not discontinued batches/shades

  • Tiles were not purchased on sale, or clearance

  • Tiles were not special order in

  • Tiles are returned within 30 days of invoice

  • You arrange and pay for return shipping to our Myaree warehouse

  • A mandatory 20% restocking fee applies

Over-Ordered Tiles 

If you've purchased more than needed, we may refund unopened boxes (excluding account holders) if the below conditions are met: 

  • The tiles are still in their original boxes, unopened, undamaged and in saleable condition

  • Tiles are still current and not discontinued batches/shades

  • Tiles were not purchased on sale, or clearance

  • Tiles were not special order in

  • Tiles are returned within 30 days of invoice

  • You arrange and pay for return shipping to our Myaree warehouse

  • A mandatory 20% restocking fee applies

We Cannot Accept

  • Sale items

  • Discontinued or special order tiles

  • Samples

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Opened or installed tiles

  • Returns after 30 days

Important: If your tile range has been discontinued by the supplier since purchase, we cannot accept returns.

Pricing, modification, or discontinuance of our products are subject to change without notice and remain at the sole discretion of InStyle Ceramics. We shall not be made liable to you, our client or any third party for this action.

Before Installation

Other Information

  • To avoid damage by foreign materials during installation we recommend the use of suitable protective measures after fixing the product.

  • We have attempted to show all products accurately in the photos online and represent them as true to colour as possible.

  • No responsibility will be accepted by the company for damage which occurs from the use of cleaning products in cleaning ceramic tiles.

  • Tile sizes quoted are approximate only – Industry Standard allows for a variation of +/- 2mm.

  • Tile sizes vary and whilst we provide profile sizes, there are no guarantees given that they will align perfectly.

Trade Centre Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on grout, trims, and all other products sold from our Trade Centre.

Force Majeure

InStyle Ceramics will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, supply chain shortages, port delays, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events, InStyle Ceramics reserves the right to suspend, extend or cancel orders where necessary. We will make all reasonable efforts to communicate any delays and minimise disruption to your order.
