Your Role & Impact

As our Senior Interior Design Consultant, you'll wear multiple hats and truly make a difference:

• Lead complex client consultations for residential and commercial projects requiring advanced design expertise

• Support management with strategic initiatives and business development opportunities

• Build lasting relationships with architects, designers, and high-end clients

• Mentor junior staff and help elevate the entire team's design capabilities

• Contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities and sharing your industry insights

• Help shape our expanding service offerings as we develop new ways to serve clients

What You'll Bring

We're looking for:

• 5+ years of interior design, architectural, or high-end design retail experience

• Proven client relationship skills and genuine passion for creating beautiful spaces

• Natural leadership qualities — someone others look to for guidance and inspiration

• Professional qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Project management experience and strong organisational skills

• Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with management and support team growth

• Established connections in Perth's design/building industry (highly valued but not essential)
